The only time I heard clapping for something weird was during the first star wars prequel introduction. Ironically nobody clapped at the end.

I wish there were more of these frankensteins.

1994 Camaro with a 6.5L GM diesel, because a Duramax wouldn't fit lol.

It gets 30+ mpg hwy, will run biodiesel & has a better torque/weight ratio than many 600cc bikes at 20% the revs
(440 lb/ft @ 1800rpm stock). He blew the original 6.5l upping the boost on a HX35 but is building another block & driveline with reinforced 6-speed (T56 or ZF).

I like diesels. My only complaint is the enormous ******* trucks that American automakers put them in. I see so many dumbfucks down here trying to race around in their 8000lb death bringers. I seriously see more Super/Heavy Duties being daily driven around here than almost anything else.

Sorry, but I like having a dead-nuts reliable vehicle to tow my other **** around. I'm going to break 370k miles this week in my 1997 Ford F250 7.3L Powerstroke and I look forward to putting another 370k on it. Yes, it's large and cumbersome, but I don't give a ****. It's comfortable on the highway and spews enough thick, black smoke to shower losers waiting at the bus stop.

You are the exception. 99% of all the other people wouldn't even think about towing something behind their giant waste of a truck.

Exactly. It's usually one guy (or girl ) in the truck, with no payload. Too many people around here think that they have race cars because of the power that those trucks make. Street racing is already pretty stupid, but when you do it in something that weighs 7-8k lbs, it is seriously retarded. I actually wish there was more diesel development in the states. The only American diesels you can get are in massive trucks. I wish there were more options for the mid-size and full size trucks and even cars.

I hear ya. I had the front blockoff plate for my reroute start seeping..then fixed it. But because it was allowing air into the cooling system, there was significant amounts of rusty colored water to come out. Flushed that, only to find a water line to the turbo was hissing...fixed that btu I didn't properly burp the system so now it's been acting up and puking out the overflow. I'll probably work on it more today :(

Things is that I don't see any hissing, any leaks, or any consumption. It just spits **** out when it feels like. This whole weekend it was fine. Then today I had to park the car and take the bus in the middle of my commute.

Same thing happened to me last year. I purged the system twice, replaced all my coolant hoses and switched from mixed to water + water wetter and back to mixed and the problem never went away. Switched to an aluminum rad and all my problems went away. Still don't really know what the hell was up with the car, though.

Ohh snap. Well I don't know then, ha ha. Are you using water + water wetter or mixed? My guess is contamination somewhere in your cooling system if you can't detect any visible problems. Do you have equipment to flush your system with?
