If FEMA had the bicycles, would it fund Hustler's manlet bib?
Frame just arrived, 61cm. I'm having to scour ebay for international sellers that have the various group components. It should be a good four weeks before I have all the bits here to build it. I'll post it here when's its done.
Stuff I have ordered for it:
R9150 Dura Ace Di2 hydro
-11-30 D/A cassette
-Di2 Junction A inside bar EW-RS910
-160mm SM-RT900 (R9150) front
-140mm SM-RT900 rear
-G04Ti pads
Lightning 180mm cranks
SRM 110bcd power meter
SRAM Red 11s 52/36 chainrings
3T Ergonova Team 42cm
PD-9000 D/A pedals - used
Light bicycle 46mm tubeless DT240 straight pull CX Ray 24H
25mm Schwalbe One tubeless
Specialized Romin Evo carbon 155mm
Garmin mount for Edge 520 - used
All my bikes are tubeless finally (yay)

Does the charger 2 fit inside the gen 1 (2017 MY Pike)? I was going to just put the RCT3 Charger 1 damper in it. I have no use for a lockout, but I like the low speed compression adjust that the RCT3 has. Wait, does the RC damper compression adjuster affect LSC only?
No- charger 2 has different threads/diameter vs pike 1. Yeah- your RC damper has low speed compression adjust. The RCT3 damper only adds lockout/platform/open mode on top of a low-speed adjustment. I'd ride the RC and try to get dialed in before spending the money on upgrading.

Bought pre-built with DT240 straight pull CX Ray.
28mm external/21mm internal with hooks. Need hooks for road tires. 25c tires fit square on them. Many aeros.

What's with those massive welds?

Wait, I had to sleep on this. So are you telling me that the RC damper compression adjust is LSC only and there is no cross HSC cross talk on that adjuster? I swear that I've had issues getting RC damper pike's where I want them with regards to LSC without getting harshness and spiking on HSC. I'm going to be blown away if all that is a figment of my imagination.
Most lsc adjusters raise the entire damping curve. I'm pretty sure this one does the same- ie if you add low speed you'll be adding some high speed as well.
I'm not a fork guy- and I don't know what old dampers you've used, but motion control (open bath) sucks and is harsh. It also has a single lsc adjuster **** so those might be confusing your opinion.
All I'm saying is that you should definitely try riding this one before upgrading.
June 17 I'll be riding up GMR (Glendora Mtn Rd) Cat 2 and East Ridge, Cat 1. It is stage 4 of the tour of Orange County. Sort of an underground amateur Strava based tour. There will be a group of probably 50 Riders heading out at 8 a.m.

Do any of you bicyclers need a new seat, or know someone who would use one? I have a 143mm Specialized Phenom Expert that was too uncomfortable for my casual riding (no riding shorts for me)

Last night the new lady in my life requested that we synchronize leg shaving, lol. This was after we casually rode bikes, watched Tulsa Tough streaming whilst planting an herb garden, then cooking joint dinner. Need to start saving for a ring.
Haha, yes! Cry Baby Hill is an awesome party. Lots of interesting characters and booze everywhere.
IIRC even the organizers recommend the general public that Cry Baby Hill is NOT PG-13.

Do you have data on the new profiles? I was about to build a new wheelset with the 55x25 LB Ushaped rims as a more aero option but now I'm wondering about the new 46x28. Going to be running the GP4K in 25mm that I got from Trey. Assuming I have an extra ~.080 on either side of my wheels on my SL4 tarmac frame. The VanDessel has lots of room.
No data on the LB wheels, just a large body of freely available aero data on other U, V and parabola shaped wheels. I think all the data points concur that anything blunt will be lower drag and more stable than something pointy. Good enough for me.
