it's difficult to write from the ps3 since i am waiting for the revised wireless keyboard version which will be released this coming dec. 15. first, let me say that you wasted an inmensed amount of time writing to me. the truth is that after careful consideration of my words and my proposition for an updated chart i decided the reroute concept i have in mind needs to be consistent with the pictures i first posted here. with that said and i say here in public i am working on a much improved version of my reroute which is very similar as to what you already saw but with larger coolant pipe diameter that will pretty mirror the concept i have in mind. just fyi, that was the main and only reason i deleted my questions to you.

as to the revisions of my proyect, the jr spacer makes a lot of sense. thermostat will be relocated to rear and coolant pipe diameter will be larger. i will probably install a freeze plug in the mixing pipe and work on some minor other revisions wi the front thermostat housing.
as of now there is nothing else to add from me. it looks like concepts, prototypes and ideas are not well accepted in this forum or only by very selected group of people that call themselves grown ups.

Hyper and Haverty would get along GREAT!

Hyper- you have made an *** out of yourself.

Everybody else- this thread is hilarious.

Hyper again- New ideas are welcomed in this forum. Believe me, I've posted plenty of dumb **** I thought up on this forum. Look around. Some was good, some was bad. But it's all accepted. I come up with something and 20 people tell me I'm wrong, or it wont' work, and of those 20, 11 give good reasons why, and 3 of them even break it down for me and explain the underlying physics, answering the whys and hows to it, then I accept I am probably wrong and further investigate the matter.

As far as reroutes go, I'm working on an all mazda reroute. But it will be this summer before I finish it. But mine will use 100% mazda parts modified with simple tools to work. No lathes, mills, or drill press or anything fancy needed.

dude

i am don't know why i am posting here since i said i am already gone. but the truth is since the inception of my topic i in this forum i have been criticized flamed insulted with a bunch of other comments simply cause i don't want to follow the steps of someone else. the fact is and i admit it, my reroute prototype has flaws but guess what the factory miata cooling system has flaws too! so i am just trying find solutions with innovative simple ideas, that's it.

so the final word is like this.

YOU BETTER ALL CHILL OUT WITH ME AND SIMPLY ACCEPT ME WITH MY STURBORN INCOHERENT CRAZY CUBAN PERSONALITY . this website is crazy is probably worst than any cuban forum i go to.

so whatever bro, if you want to chill and come together in a collective logical manner let's make this topic valuable and no just another stupid boring topic. i'll find a way to fabricate a reroute kit for u all. i love innovating and working on cars too!!!

and one more thing, remove the ******' avatar. i hate it too!

So say we all.

Hyper, I would say I'm sorry to see you leave the community, but the truth of the matter is that I have a headache from reading this thread, mostly from the facepalm every one of your posts inspired. So goodbye, and don't let your head overheat on you on the way out.

lol....great read. How do some of you guys have the time to write such in depth crazy long replies? It hurts my brain to even look at the paragraphs sometimes, let alone the content. Seriously....some of the knowledge on here can literally hurt you.

With my reroute I:

- daisy chained the oil warmer, TB warmer, and turbo
- mounted the t-stat in the rear
- plugged the front outlet
- drilled and tapped a heater source under the rear t-stat
- kept the heater outlet connected to the water pump inlet

Has anyone pointed out that in the lower left scheme, there will be near zero heater flow when the t-stat is open because there's near zero pressure differential across the heater?

You have to imagine the scenario here- I'm sitting outside gate B6 at the airport in Charlotte, NC waiting for a flight to Ft. Myers, and about two dozen people are now looking at me, wondering why I just burst out laughing.

Yeah, a couple of people have pointed that out. And by a couple, I mean pretty much the whole readership of MT.net. Several times. You really should go all the way back to the beginning of this thread and read the whole thing for laughs.

BTW- I don't know who did Hyper's current avatar (the gay cowboy Norris one) but I love it!

Actually, I think his intent is for us to find him endearing.

So far, my favorite is the decorative, no-flow "oil cooler".

BTW, can't his skillfully rendered self-portrait have a Santa hat? It would be more festive

Let's be fair to ourselves, shitstain. You've been flamed and criticized because you refuse to take criticism yourself. That's all.

Solutions? Your idea does nothing except make it worse. Absolutely nothing. You have reduced flow through the heater core to zero and failed to address the fundamental issue with the factory cooling system. If you could explain in coherent English why the factory Miata cooling system is inadequate, I would be floored.

You'd better enjoy wrenching, because it seems that's all you do. Innovate, **** up, post about it on the internet, blow motor, rinse, repeat.
