You have a PM.

Local gun shop has an M&P 9 Pro. Brb, clinging to guns and religion.

S&W M&P9L with six magazines. Like the standard M&P but with a 5" barrel and light trigger.https://fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net...08798770_n.jpg
I was getting pretty close to a 9mm Beretta, then I saw this in the used case and scooped it up with the mags for $500.

Nice. And you've even got a place to attach that tacticool fleshlight you've always wanted.

in4pics :giggle:

Actually, I've been lusting after one for a while but can't seem to find one to finger.

Edit: The S&W M&P9L, not the fleshlight...

Dammit... trade me for my 4.25 Pro.. I don't think the 9L has the light trigger btw (unless aftermarket). I think that came on the 5" Pro which has fiber front sight and lightened trigger?

Very much could be wrong...

On ana ctual gun note, I must pick up a .22lr rifle. Can't decide on bolt-action or semi w/tube feed. Current winner is Savage MKII.

Before you mention it, CZ's are too much and a 10/22 is too done-that.

I really enjoy my Marlin 795 with Boyd thumbhole stock and Techsights.
Paid 100 for it after rebate (+stock/sights cost). Tack driver for cheap.

I believe it's the same trigger as the "pro", the guy in the shop agrees. Well, its lighter than the M&P9, and feels almost idential to the M&P40 Pro

Now do you feel like a man?

No, I feel like I need to get a few more, lol. Seriously, I already have a list of what I want next. The next gun will probably be a flossin 1911, something that a Puerto Rican would own.

That's how it starts. Then you start buying safes. Before long, you're building a new home around a poured cement safe room complete with a vaulted door.

Thank god... so that is normal.

Yes, just try to keep the total number below 200 weapons. Anything more and your whole life starts looking like one of those DEA raid news reports where they show off their loot.

I'm not paranoid at all. I don't prep. I have a small first aid kit that I keep in my truck with an assortment of guns and knives.

hustler 12-21-2011 12:47 AM

Any thoughts on cheap furry lined "gun rags"?

:2cents: Good for transport to and from the range, but I wouldn't use them for storage. Here in CA they take transportation pretty seriously so I use a locking SKB hardcase for transport in the cab of the truck. I'll rag them in my range bag and keep it in the trunk if I'm driving the Miata.

Do you think bank robbers and murders lock their guns in the trunk to and from the job?

For now I'm going to throw my shit in a backpack using the plastic/foam case that came with the gun.
