The only time I was actually ejected from my bike though, was when another cyclist ran a red light trying to cross 1st Ave in the east village and I T-Boned him. ******* bikes... *puts on helmet*. (Actually, been riding my SV more often these days.)

I have confirmed it is a rental car from a license plate search. No company info though. lololol.

And a story that I sadly did not video. Same track night.

Porsche Caymn GT4 with an Asian who got off the boat yesterday. Got black flagged and pulled over to track right on the front straight and stopped. Everyone at the point was screaming and yelling for him to keep going. After many hand gestures he starts going again. Black flag shows for him the next time around. Slows to a stop...IN THE RUNOUT OF TURN 12 AGAINST THE WALL. They couldn't get him off the track. Everytime he got black flagged he would just stop on track. They had to let him finish the session. And then he was asked to leave.

What a tool. So funny to see his car disassemble itself and the battery go flying and everything.

I like how he looks to blame the guy in front. As if he were responsible for not tightening the lug nuts...or the battery. Who the hell is running the tech inspection at these events?

Popped up on Facebook today. Best rollbar I've seen yet. Fail in every aspect.

^^ You'd think that after saving all that money he would have spent on a proper rollbar he could have at least afforded some padding.

Airborne Miata during qualifying at Watkins Glen. I'm told that the car was being rented. My take is that the Miata driver knew of the bimmer close to him, and gave him room on inside to pass. Then realized that the car actually went to the outside, got spooked, and steered inside, completely unaware that there was another car coming up behind him. It's a dicey pass attempt by the camera car, but poor driving by the Miata driver in general. That's my take anyway, I'm happy to hear other people's thoughts.

He got "launched" by the curbing, as he was already airborne when he hit the safety barrier.

Same thing happened to me at Rd. ATL T12. Guy went backwards into the wall just past the starter stand. Later came up to me and explained that he was once a newb too and understood my mistake. wtf Then went on to explain he'd just repaired his car from a crash last race.

Deciding to go three wide in a high speed corner. Not only three wide, but two faster cars overtaking a slower one in the center. Not smart driving IMO The camera car knew damn well that the Miata probably had no idea he was closing in. I've learned on a motorcycle, that passing has risk. Rushing a pass in an unsafe area often has consequences.

I think your right. You can see a puff of smoke from the tires. He was losing it.
