I see a bunch of locked for sale threads and a small/shitty seller rating.

Were you trying to make a point?

I apologize, thinking you were capable of simple logic. My point was that yes, I have sold and bought a lot of **** on here, and yes, they all went wonderfully. Btw, why is a guy that doesn't have a miata here again?

I have a miata. Where the **** are you ***** getting your info?
I'm on my second one by the way.
Are you retarded or just really bad at trolling in an attempt to change the subject after you rip someone off?

Don't ban yet, dude needs his money.

I am pretty sure you can make a PP claim saying the kit was not as described. Might at least be worth a shot.

OP: NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR PAST FOR SALE THREADS IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY ******* SOMEONE OVER.

There is still time to man up. Why screw over a fellow enthusiast. Unless you post something to the contrary, it looks like you knew what you were doing when you screwed him over.

So if he sent everything back to you, would you then give a full refund? I have seen this brought up, but not directly. That would resolve this whole deal and things could end as amicably as possible.

Ok, since I didnt prepare a defense I'll just state what I know here:

1)He told me he wanted a water/meth kit
2)He said he wanted AEM
3)He said he was going to sell this kit to get the AEM
4)I said I will refund him the discounted rate of the missing parts
5)I dont see what the problem is with that.
6)I will refund him him minus shipping if that will make him/you all happy once I get it back, complete.
7)Not sure why you're referring to the OP's for sale threads....??

Refund money, get said kit back, THEN sell it as it REALLY is... come on dude, it appears your walking a very fine line here, and don't think this won't go beyond the invisible walls of MT... $300 is a small price to pay to save face. I'd loose my busniess if I tried to pull this **** on my customers, even if it was a misunderstanding of sorts. Customer is almost always right...

edit to add: That would seem like the logical thing to do, but OP doesn't have much faith in you to hope to see money back AFTER you get the kit back - I suggest 50% up or 3rd party negotiator, hope you two work it out

2&3) Irrelevant as it doesn't matter what his intentions are after the sale. You are turning something that is objective into something subjective. If he wasn't going to sell it would you feel differently?

4) That is really not an option as you can't use that formula and then he be able to go out and purchase said parts for that price to make a complete kit. You have to either provide the parts, provide the money to get the parts from some source that has them readily available, or give a full refund if asked for.

If you actually read through the screen shots he put up and could click on the links you would understand. He put up a link as to what the kit he thought I had was then the kit I had and the parts that were missing. All that was missing was this:
http://www.snowperformance.net/product.php?pk=13

...and some valve that comes with the AEM kit that doesnt with this one that he also whined about....

He wanted a kit, he got one, now I will refund him for this kit:
http://www.snowperformance.net/product.php?pk=9

$285(what he paid)/$433(MSRP)=66%

.66*$172=$113

That's my deal. I'm not refunding without the kit and I doubt he wants to send it back without cash. Like I said, take or leave it.

Your "deal" is ****. You failed as a seller, and it's your responsibility to make things right. Your buyer has no motivation to screw you over. Make it right.

The thing is, if spd579 though he didnt **** over the buyer, he'd have no problem taking the 'kit' back and selling it to someone else for a fair price. Its clearly been misrepresented so that is why he does not want it back....
