fixed timing it stays exactly where you set it. using the table it doesnt, it gives more than required. sorry for any confusion.

Any estimation by how much? 5 degrees per 1000 rpm? 20 degrees per 1000 rpm?

10 to 15 per 1000rpm at a guess but its progressive as rpm goes up. im only going by what my tuner said

Is this a brand new DIYPNP that's never been run before? Did you build it? This sounds similar to when my friend forgot the resistor for his crank input on his MS3.
