I'd take 4-6 degrees out from 100kpa+ for now.

you remember the part about him running a S/C, and meth injection with a built motor, right?

but it wouldn't hurt to start with less and cautiously bump it up.

What is your manifold vacuum at steady 4000 rpm in 5th gear on a level road guys?

I am reading 12 inches, as high as 16 inches in some cases..
