I disabled EGO last night. The problem still occurs with it set to wideband, however. I can give your map a shot after work tonight. I am getting a good stable idle and AFRs are good (or getting there) at different engine speeds. It's just any initial transition in throttle makes it stumble for a second. I've also attached the current msq which should have better VE than my initial one. Thanks for the help.

not much better I think the map I sent should give you a better jumping off point. It was mine that I rescaled to match your numbers. The main thing there isn't any peak and valleys in it.
fwiw, AE & EAE is code just for enrichments with throttle. You have all AE disabled right now, so it's going to feel very jerky and peg lean with any throttle at any speed at any load.

Well, I tried your map. I guess it helped a bit driving around the block. I also played will the AE features. I turned on EAE but didn't really adjust anything since I need to figure out what exactly each chart does. Adding in a bunch of fuel in the Accel Wizard did help limit the problem at some points, but unfortunately, going from idle to as little as 1% throttle could still cause a stumble, though with larger throttle changes there was very little lag.
Setting the MAPdot lower than 100 KPa/s seemed to make the car impossible to start, though that may be EAE related. I'm not sure. At that point I gave up for the night. But I had to keep doing flood clear mode to get it to start becaue there was way too much fuel going in. If you look at the attached mlv, there is still an RPM drop at tip in off idle, even with a lot of extra fuel added in.
Also, I have AE set to come on from 800-7000RPM. So, do I keep adding in more fuel in AE?

I have similar AFR like that with little throttle input, but its not enough where it causes driveability problems. There seems to be a little lag between when you push the throttle and when fuel gets injected.

Any thoughts on why that is? One thing different on my install from a lot of others is I sequential injection. I used the settings from DIY's site for a 99. Guess I need to find some msq's from those successfully running sequential. I'm really at a loss on this one. I could also look at resoldering some joints or checking to see what kind of voltage I'm getting from the tps. Very frustrating problem.

I am currently suffering with the exact same problem with '92 1.6/JR M45 SC/DIYPNP/AEM UEGO/GM open el IAT.
Tip in immediately goes lean & then picks up with fuel....as if there's a time delay with initial throttle response, but never when at part throttle - only when the throttle is completely released.
This happens from standstill & also when changing gear - I'm having to drive around the issue as dumping in extra fuel in AE didn't help any. In an effort to overcome the problem I also converted the std on/off TPS to variable using a BMW E36 320 TPS - this calibrated well but there was absolutely no change to the initial problem of stutter.
I've read a fair few posts from owners with this problem but so far without a solution.
Vince.
Edit:
Further to what 'Messiahx' has stated - I am not using sequential injection.
