Dead link, Atanas.
Also, can you recommend me some creatine? I'm leaning out right now and doing another cycle of Insanity. I want to keep strength/muscle loss to a minimum. I'm carb cycling on lift days (150g's carbs) doing Wendler 5/3/1 and then flipping my fat/carb macros for off days. Off days I do Insanity as early morning cardio.
Right now I'm just taking my BCAA's and Isopure Whey. I'd like to start creatine. Green Mag and Storm seem to be really good carb free, sugar free options.
My inner bro-science said, "don't take that ****". So, I google'd it and had this guy scream at me and make me feel like a dumb ***, lol.

Boxing is one of the best ways to stay in shape.
I used to have to force myself to wrap my hands and get going, but eventually it becomes a routine.
Going to these **** holes that people call gyms is a complete waste of money and time. Get yourself some weights and bars, a pull up rod and a heavy bag.
I have the most unorthodox workout routine, but between that and concrete work during the week, I'm in the best shape of my life. No gym, no wannabe bullshit. Just discipline and results.

You got a review for a good pullup rod? I cant use one of the door frame ones in my apartment, I need like an expanding length one to go in my high ceilinged hallway. I used to just use a 2x4 on an unfinished doorway in my parents basement before when I did them at home.

The link is a FB link. I guess my buddy has the settings set to private.
Tossed it on YT.

God, my bench press sucks. My OHP sucks, too. Doing Wendler 5/3/1 around improving those two has been successful so far. Mother ******* weighted dips...god ******* damnit I've never been so sore in my entire life.
Yesterday I woke up and couldn't sit up to get out of bed. My entire stomach and obliques were completely shot. The culprit? Dumbbell rows. I started doing them Dan Green style and letting the weight go all the way down to about a 1/2" off the ground and then yanking that **** up. The stretch you get on the lats is unreal and your stomach is working overtime. 5 sets of 10 with a 105lb dumbbell has got me in so much pain.
Yay for new ****!

^^^^^ Remember to share how much of that ends up in the garbage or the garage. Been there done that. Drink a lot of milk/water and just work out. **** the "supplements".
I just got done boxing and **** I feel great. So great in fact I'm going to go shovel my mile long driveway and I'll have it done before the neighbor finishes his with his snowblower. *****.

Let me know when you can pick 400lbs off the floor multiple times and hold it with your bare hands and then run a low 6 minute mile.

Off the wagon the last couple of months. New job is great but not nearly as physically active as my previous job, and I've been so lazy that I stopped my 3-days-a-week push-up schedule THAT MY PHONE PROMPTS ME FOR. I slide the notification away and feel sad.
I think I'm going to go through Pavel's KB book again. Sometimes variety isn't good. I just need to focus for a while. Swings and TGU's should do it.

Awesome job, VoM. I'm skeptical on the low 6-minute mile, though. I feel like a low 7-minute mile is pushing it for me, but I've never tried to only run a single mile.
Vash - Did you not notice the fact that he lost as much weight as I weighed when I was doing amateur Muay Thai fights? What you are doing works for you; awesome. But don't be a douche and tell him he doesn't know what he's doing.
I've decided on my first two fitness challenges for this year.
1. Get down to 10.x% body fat, as measured by my scale, before the end of March. I'm currently right around 15% after combining the holidays with insane work hours with being sick on-and-off for weeks.
2. Finish the 2014 Life's a Beach Triathlon for Slackers in under 60 minutes. My first event was 1:14 (top dude was 0:46), my second was 1:03 (top dude 0:47).
I'm working on another one that's Muay Thai related since I am starting back up with training.

Viper hit me up when you hit low 5s brah...and deadlift 510. bbc genetics checking in, lol.
Supps are fine, keep doing your thing man. Everyone has an opinion but last I checked you're making gains and haven't slowed down yet.

Scrappy, you're right.
Good work Josh and you've definitely come a long way, so keep up the good work. If the supplements help and you don't go overboard with them, then more power to you.

Bro's in home pullup bars for hallways that are apartment friendly (no holes in the wall), and dont require a door way. Also 41" wide hallway. I cant find **** for that.
So... Speedway Panhard Bar Kit - Speedway Motors, America's Oldest Speed Shop And some welded up plates to catch the rod ends anddistribute the load on the wall is my best plan. Objections?
