But seems like I've hit a growth spurt, out of nowhere my bench shot up 22lbs and is now at 286lbs.
haven't tested max squats but tonight I managed to do 5 clean reps of 308lbs. I was at 2 reps a month ago.
Lighting wasn't favoring my chest in that pic, I'm pretty happy with with it as is but ofc always working on it.

I simply have no real reason for not taking Creatine except being a cheapskate when it comes to supplements. stuff is expensive here.
lol. I just looked at the ingredients on redweiler. It's pretty crappy man. The amounts of ingredients is quite low but the caffeine is quite high so you cant just double up.
Still a fatty, but was too close to diabetes for comfort. Cut out a ton of carbs. No breads, booze, or overly starchy foods since mid-December, and no sugary drinks. I'm down about 40 lbs since then. Struggling after a month bout with pneumonia, but damnit, I'm trying!
