What do you mean 'routed the same' ?
NB is non-return, so the fuel line routing is obviously quite different. They use GM "push-on" quick-disconnects, which is basically a hard line with a tall ridge at the end. The fittings have a plastic insert that slides over the ridge and then clicks into place, you get them off with a special tool that slides over the hard line and then goes underneath the plastic retainer to release it.
If you really want to get rid of the barbs, it might be possible to put an NB fuel pump bracket thingey into an NA fuel tank.

Ive seen people (patsmx5) clamp braided SS lines right to a barb with success, that was on the heater lines though.
you could always:

IE are they interchangeable.</p><p>I think I'm going to ignore that for now, and worry about it when I actually try and push some pressure through the lines. Then I'll run an AN6 line the whole way.</p><p>Emailed Bryan about swapping my DW200 for a DW300.</p><p>Going to run rubber to the rail, then maybe stainless to the regulator. Then definitely rubber to the flex fuel sensor and return. Small investment, can easily be re-done later.</p><p>This is basically just a dry run for a built motor and higher pressure.</p>

The NB hard line (singular) does not drop into an NA. I'm sure you could make it work, but you'd probably need to bend it up a bit. You'd also need to source two of them if you wanted to keep it a return system (like E02K is trying to do).
If you replace the hard lines with stainless -6 AN lines (which is about $150 just for the hose, BTW. Double that once you add all the hose ends and fittings), you'll still need short lengths of hose barb-y stuff to adapt to the OEM NA fuel pump bracket.

I just asked because I have a stock NB line on my auction car.</p><p>That brings me to another point.</p><p>I have an NB2 gas tank. I've heard it has slightly more capacity, but I would need to make my fuel lines adapt to it. Which shouldn't be that hard, as I just saw how ed did his.</p><p>So should I order the NB fuel pump install kit instead?</p>

With the right tool and a bit of experience, the GM quick disconnects work very well. Don't try to pry 'em loose with a screwdriver, that's pretty much guaranteed to **** up the plastic clip and prevent it from securing properly later.

Googled and found that the NB tank is indeed bigger than my 1990 tank. So I will be getting the nb install kit for the fuel pump and swapping tanks at some point.

We have a little mom and pop chain here in AZ that is awesome, and always undercuts airgas by 30-50% on bottles, wire and hardware. Cant really get a break on inerts though.
Cant help ya on the tank. My assumption is they just bolt and unbolt and are swapable, but its just an assumption.
