<p>Someone math for me.</p><p>I cant get the pads flush with the rotor because I cant see the pads.</p><p>With the caliper all the way against the rotor I have .245" of clearance between the caliper and wheel. Is that enough?</p>
Yeah, that should be enough. I have little more than 1/8" when bottomed, the caliper sits about 1/8" off the rotor, at least the dynalite.
So you are .005" shy of the recommended 1/8" clearance, nothing I'd be concerned about.

<p>Could a spare injector output trigger a horn? Could I put a horn in my drivers compartment and turn it on if I go above say 215*?</p>
