Aidan's loose oily bunghole actually runs a track lap
where did .69 come from?
density of air at ~30psig and ~250F is like .17lb/ft^3. and then the density after the intercooler at like 90F and the same pressure is .22. Thats why you see staggered piping sizes.

Some thread. I guess you can also multiply by 14.7 and get close. It's all napkin math though theoretically if Soviet has speed sensor data we could map out the efficiency at 400hp

Does anyone have a big list of mazda part numbers for all the seals and what not for a rebuild? Or at least a list of what is needed.
Valve cover gasket
VVT gasket thing
VVT screws
What do I need for the oil pan?
Rear main
Front main
Oil pump gaskets?
Oil dipstick o-ring
cam seals.
What am i missing? I need to order it all tomorrow.

You are missing a shitload of things, there are like 8 separate o-rings in the VVT assembly. How much of that stuff are you trying to replace?

Pretty sure this diagram is missing a couple...

Oil pan has front and rear rubbers for the arched sections IIRC, the rest is RTV.
The oil pump is also RTV but there IS an O-RING and you WILL need it. This is a change from earlier Mazda B motors. Your Boundary Engineering Oil Pump should have come with an O-RING. Do NOT fail to install it.
IIRC there are 2 different sized cam seals for the BP6D, where the BP4W uses only one size.
I'll post more things as I think of them. Or I'll go to bed. One or the other.

Ed gives me the butt buddy deals on dealer prices. But his last day is Saturday so I need to get my **** together. MMD has a chunk of those o rings and seals are like $2.50 ish each. But idk if you can buy all of them
u sure? I have the employee discount at subaru/mazda (I tuned all the techs cars
)
it's still way more if you actually get each one. and not some universal oring set
price it out.
