I've got some projects on hold right now to so I drove the **** out of the car last night with my very rare spare time.
Came home to check a couple of things and there isn't a drop of fluid on the ground so I'm relatively happy.
I was pretty sure my VVT was not doing a damn thing so I pulled up the software and sure enough it's not. I even tried changing the function of that GPIO and it doesn’t seem to be changing at all. I'm pretty sure I have my settings correct for a 12 tooth wheel but might have a problem with the actual output on my EMS4. I'll give AEM a call today and probe them for answers but if anyone has experience setting up VVT on the V2 boxes, let me know.

Make sure that output isnt also set to something stupid like the shift light. That was my problem when an output wasnt working. Pull up the list of ALL the options and just look for mention of that GPIO.
