Me too. Milan just opened up this week, we should plan to meet out there on a test and tune night?

Well, if i run under a 13.2 or some silly number i'll get kicked out for not having a roll bar.
I guess the test and tunes are a little more laid back. So maybe not.

What if you have a hardtop? I've never ran the miata out there, but I used to go all the time with my sportbikes.

I sure hope to see 12's in my current state but I honestly don't know?

Can't say for a "latch down" hardtop. But the tech people are kinda lenient on that stuff. Maybe...

I will be shooting for low 13's this season. I ran a 13.7 or so last year when we had those hot days (around 95F outside) and my small intercooler.

Crapping bryans thread. :(

Found a couple of shots that some peeps took from our Cars and Coffee get together this weekend...

Also - New steering wheel showed up with the quickness.

I went with the Sparco Ring in Suede. Great looking wheel, good diameter, flat bottom.. I paired it with the lovely NRG hub.

just out of curiosity, looks like you still have the oem sport brakes on there, how are they standing up to that kind of power?

Fine on the street - Not so great on the track. Selling them if anyone is looking for an upgrade. Newer rotors - extra set of pads.

Brackets, calipers front and rear, etc? How much do you want? I do want to upgrade my base 99s.

Nice. I have the same wheel for my track wheel. Mine is a lot older and smoother - I've heard consistently wearing gloves when driving will make it last longer.

Like the flat bottom wheel a lot. I use an nrg quick release as well and it gets used quite a bit. Has stood up to the abuse very well.

In that first pic you posted with the JDM Geek logo... what's that white ford behind your car in the photo? It looks like a euro market focus RS...

What made you decide to get the Sparco Ring? Cool looks or something else? I currently have the MASSIVE stock wood Nardi wheel on my 01. I need something smaller as I don't have room for my thighs. The Ring is 330mm so it would drop a bit over an inch off the diameter. Is an inch all that noticeable? Also the flat bottom should help too.

With a 330mm wheel, you won't be able to see the top section of the gauges (think 11 through 1 o'clock) and the oil pressure gauge itself, depending on your height of course.

My OMP HTE seat is bolted to the floor. Doesn't get lower than that.

I use a 350mm Mazdaspeed wheel on the street and the 330mm Sparco Ring on the track because of the visibility issues Reverant mentioned. I'm 5'7" - 5'8" and use a fixed bucket seat.
