Well, the head required surfacing which worries me. I nver overheated the engine, I have never gone north of 195*f on water temp on the track. However i wonder if this is from the gauge reading inaccurately? I suppose the gauge reads consistently with the temp strips.
Anyway, I'm out of time so i now have to track the car with the potentially blown head-gasket.

No way it'll warp in 200 miles, it's steel, the head is aluminum. If you think the head is fine, why the F would you think the block is warped? Just clean it well with a stone and clean out all the passages like you didn't do last time.

No it will all blow up at once, but not in Dallas. It will do it on your first session Saturday while your girlfriend watches. I will then pull up in my Boss and tell her to jump in. Then we f.u.c.k.
You need to focus on empirical data. If you're worried about the oil cooler getting enough air, setup a few different ducting setups, including one completely blocking the thing. See if you can plug the oil temp into MS and log, log, and more log. See what works.
