sorry to hear about the leaks.

I hate swivel fittings. My low pressure PS line leaks too...right at the swivel.

My bad, I had used Summit hose ends. Changed them to Earlīs non swivel today and there are no leaks now

Have the ps line made at a shop near by. Have not tried it out yet but I donīt think that line will be any problem.

This is starting to get somewhere. PAinted everything and it is all bolted on. Fixed the problems with thr relay to tha fans (had to change an output on the SM4) and the boost controller if fine. Just need to adjust the clutch pedal bolt the seat down and take the car out for a spin.

And now. A lot of picures

Yes there is a crack in the up right corner. But it is not visible so I didnīt bother to weld it together.

Sorry guys, no dyno yet. Have a 270 degree error on the cam sensor in the engine management so the dyno was put on hold untill we get some answers from Australia. Not shure how this error will effect the VVT. So this year I will be a passenger to the Nürburgring.

But have at least done some auto tuning up to 0.8 bar boost with no problems. Starting to get fun now

Not mutch as been hapening here:( Went to Nürburgring as a passenger:( Got a map from Australia the week after and the VVT-controller works now. But have to do some redecorating so I donīt think I will have the monney for the dyno this year. There is a slight oil leak at the front of the crank shaft. This will be fixed during this years winter. Donīt have the energy to do it now.

The only thing I have done now is the front splitter.

More importantly (to me) what did you use as a connection point to the car?

I used 6mm plywood with two layers of fiberglass (mat) on each side. See the prosess half way down on page 11.
