ITT we discuss why not to turbo your daily bent rod
Pull the valve cover, see if you spit a shim out. Also spin the motor over and watch, see if any of the valves are not fully closing like they should.
Kinda sounds like you bent a valve. Does is run fine other than the noise? If so, not a valve.

Your plugs look fine.
Do a comp test first, see what that shows.
Then go make a better video. Long vid, startup, idle, rev, drive it, boost it.
Cold startup vs hot startup would help a lot to diagnose this.

Basically when you pull the valve cover, you'll see the cams and cam lobes. The cams spin, and the lobes will rotate until they push on the "shim". The shim pushes on the lifter. The lifter pushes on the top of the valve. This is how the cams actuate the valves. If it spits a shim, the shim will basically fall out, and the cam lobe would now be hitting the lifter instead of the shim, and the shim would be laying inside the head somewhere. This would normally only happen during extreme valve float, usually caused by an overrev.
This is unlikely, but possible. Worth checking before pulling the engine.

Took 95 minutes to pull lol. Exhaust manifold and intake manifold will be for sale, and I'll decide about the head later.
Speaking of which: Opinions. Should I wire my MS3X for VVT, or swap my 99 head over? I took the three plugs for the VVT.

So compression numbers 17 days ago, Cylinders 1-4
180,170,175,175
Today:
158,151,60,125
The cylinder would keep climbing if you held it for like 15-20 seconds, I stopped around 80 or 90. I put 60 though, because things really creeped after that.
