Then Ill im putting in my FM2 clutch and changing the rear main seal while im at it. Then its getting a Megasquirt, header and thatll be it for a while.

I drove a eg hatch for 3 years. Did nothing to it but oil changes and a battery. It was great on gas 40+ was a 93 cx model

Civics are great timing belts and oil is all they need and if it does get stolen you get money. Its a win win all the way.

 

The plan is as follows: dd the civic till it gets stolen, keep the MSM and turn it into a full on track car that MIGHT get a 13b swap
