I will say that I washed the trunk. Someone spilled beer on it :(

 

I took off my catch can yesterday to drain it. To my surprise it was completely dry. Not even a drop of oil and no oil film either. This is after 600 miles of highway driving. I went WOT maybe 10 times. Basically slowpoke driving.

Car doesn't burn oil, smokes oil, leak oil and basically does nothing. Should I be worried? Or is it just... that good?

Also while my engine bay is completely covered in sand, the compressor wheel doesn't have a single scratch on it. So my air filter is working perfectly. Hooray.

sorry bros no videos tonight. I set it all up but unfortunately my camera sucks donkey ***** in low no-light. I finally checked what boost I'm running and it's about 16-17psi.

I will take videos tomorrow. Raise more or videos @ 16psi? I can go to 250kpa (21psi) with my current map.

Went to the local track and took a video, as promised.



2nd gear to 5th. Boost is 16psi, I didn't feel like raising it 1 day before track day (I know, right?). Unlike every other miata, my speedo reads LOW. About 5% low to be exact. 5th @ 7200 is >120.
