This event is a possible reason the WTC attacks happened on September 11th (rather than any other day): Western victory in Vienna marked the beginning of Western preeminence in the world, and the beginning of the decline in the Muslim world. Bin-Laden hoped his attacks would be the start of the reversal.

Seeing faux-dramatic 9/11 stuff, from people who weren't on the ground in NYC, working like hell to restore the city's communications infrastructure, or otherwise engaged in similar activities, kind of bothers me.
One of my guys, Steve Jacobsen, died up on 110 1WTC. The rest of us worked our asses off to get Radio & TV back on the air. 20 years ago, before smartphones and social media and Braineack's "Trump is literally God" echo-chamber, that mattered. It was how normal people heard about things.
This is a thing that happens every year. Twenty, being a big anniversary, makes it... hard.

It will be interesting to see which religion Braineack joins in order to claim his vaccine mandate exemption.
I'm surprised that some people in the United States think you need to "get an exemption" for anything. No, you just don't have to do this.
If that isn't enough lunacy, people are flipping out about the Texas Abortion law because the State can't mandate control over a woman's body as long as she wants to kill a baby.
Yet more lunacy as Florida creates a ban on forcing students to wear masks (the law doesn't prevent a person from willingly wearing a mask) and now the Federal Government wants to step on State's Rights to say "yes you can force Free citizens to do what you want them to do".
Also, I loved how Biden made his ridiculous Dictator mandate "Get the vaccine" by saying "we were so nice to allow you the choice, now it's time to do what we want" and then just left the podium without taking a single question.

Got it, so the Constitution works for Vaccine mandates, just not personal choice, personal freedom or the Right to bear arms. It's strange to know when the Constitution means what it says and when it means what you want it to say.

Since vaccines work so well to prevent the spread of COVID-19, I'm very glad Biden is only mandating unvaccinated people to regular COVID-19 testing. This is pandemic of the unvaccinated -- get your vaccine so you no longer have to wear a mask, be tested, or end up in the hospital!!!
Why do college kids keep chanting "**** Joe Biden" at football games???? This isn't about freedom, it's about your safety. Trust Biden -- he's been in politics since 1972 -- he know what he's doing!
