Question: Does Hillary hang her own holiday decorations, or do they hang themselves?

Truth:

Apart from the ICE theatrics, the present administration is doing more or less the opposite of what we were promised a year ago.

My son is 14 years old. I took him to school today since his mom was sick. He saw a homeless man sitting on the floor and made a silly childish comment. I took the opportunity to let him know how I felt about what could be done to help that man.

This is not the case for all the homeless you see out there. Some of those are just true anti-social personalities that are who they are and regardless of what you do for them, they will always be homeless. This man was a different situation. I explained to him that that man was obviously not well and incapable of helping himself most of the time. And that there are many programs in place to help mentally unwell people like him that could have so much more funding from the government if only people who can help themselves stopped taking help away from people that actually need it.

And that is the hypocrisy that makes me so angry with all these humans that preach the government needs to do more and the rich need to pay their share. There is so much theft going on and no one to even monitor it because there is just so much money being thrown at programs that are supposed to help people in time of need but instead help people for a lifetime. Too many able bodied and able minded humans are smart enough to get for nothing what they could get by earning it.

And who suffers from that? Those of us that pay our taxes? I guess, but I'm sure all of us who pay our taxes and don't ask the government for anything are more than grateful to be able to do so. I know I do. The ones who suffer are those that can't take care of themselves because the money and resources that could be abundantly available to take care of them is being used up by selfish ******** that refuse to hold their own and then blame everyone and racism and sexism and the holy spirit for everything they project as persecution against them and why they can't get ahead in life.

And that is what I explained to my son. That these humans are like children. In life, you are brought up to take care of yourself. You are to be self sufficient. You are to take responsibility for your actions. Other people may take care of you if you stumble here and there, but not for extended periods of time, and certainly not forever. If this isn't you, than you are not an adult. And certainly, if you are not an adult, you shouldn't be telling the rest of the world what to do. Especially when what you want the rest of the world to do is become a socialist or communist "utopia". I asked of my son to ask of anyone who starts preaching that agenda to him if they know the number of people who have risked their life fleeing capitalist systems to escape to these socialist based utopian paradises. I doubt the imbecile would even get the sarcasm.

So yeah, 10 months have gone by and we haven't stopped spending, or seen the Epstein files, and Israel, tariffs, inflation, yada yada yada.... And this may seem weird coming from an immigrant and an employer of a recent immigrant that came through by shady channels, but at least the border is closed. That just might be the start of something big.

I spent two years on the "Human Affairs Committee" for San Clemente, and took a deep dive into homelessness. During that time we were able to get our "point in time" count (PIT) from over 70 down to less than 20...miraculous. True numbers. When the county came in to confirm the count, they listed 50, because out here in California it's a racket and there's funding involved. Because of the number, our city was hamstrung about certain things we could and could not do based on State rules.

We have an awesome outreach team of two people and a female sheriff who know all the local homeless. We asked them about the 20 or so that were left, and surprisingly they did not support a shelter for them. Why? Too violent. Too dangerous for the other homeless. As an aside, one of the 20 ended up stabbing the female sheriff in the neck this year (she's OK).

Anyway, we didn't have the clout or budget to do much more about "the homeless", so we focused on those who were temporarily unhoused, food insecurity for the elderly, and supporting a home for women/mothers who are escaping abusive family situations. And there's drugs. And there's actually gang violence in our idyllic town. As Hector said so well, if you made inroads into any of these single issues, someone could point to many other things that need to be addressed. Focusing on moving forward is the only way.

Seems to me the FBI potentially covering up for the actual Democrat insurrection may be the most important story out there. "Russiagate" BS, "golden shower" BS, and all the fake stories that allowed the Democrat machine to spy on Trump and 20% of Congress seems like it should be DOMINATING the news.

America was on the brink of an government overthrow, and it seems that Sydney Sweenie or cancelled flights may just be more important.

So does burying the investigation of a child sex-trafficking organization whose clientele appears to have consisted of heads of state, diplomats, finance and real estate tycoons, entertainment moguls, and federal law-enforcement officials.

And yet here we are.

I hope no one believes this, especially Joe. The average person couldn’t care less about Israel. Most people are not even current on what is going on.

The spending might be an issue in the fact that that the cost of living is still leading peoples salaries. The high rate of inflation raised prices over an equally short period and are sticky. If a company purchased goods or futures at a higher price they will stay until the inventory sold. There is also some good old capitalism at work.

Socialist mamdani got elected because it was a three way race in a very liberal state. The only one that loss there is ny. I can assure all of you they will pay the the price and the rebound will be proof.

The media is a factor especially when the majority is serving the emotionally driven and common sense challenged. There will never be one side that will praise the other. That defeats their purpose of getting into power and gaining control.

Doge is still functioning. They fly under the radar now because the high profile people have retired.

I will be up front and say I didn’t read this thoroughly, it’s a bit long for me. I have a 15yro son and if he asked me why that person is not receiving help I would tell him it’s not because we are not paying enough in taxes, but it’s because their are too many stealing from the government including many politicians.

The majority that are receiving financial help from the government don’t want to work. Some don’t want to work because they can’t keep enough of their earnings to have a better quality of life then the government hand outs. The governments are more than willing to give them money in trade for their vote, it’s control.

The mentally ill homeless person doesn’t vote.

And yet here we are.
I'm with Joe.

Call me when dozens of pedophile officials are swinging by their necks like ******* pinatas up and down 16th Avenue in DC. That's what would make me happy.

The rest of this is like arguing about what color drapes should be in the new east wing ballroom.

#1 it's a racket. California didn't keep track of billions in funds because it was going in everyone's pocket. Our local food bank transfers A LOT of food to the homeless and those who are food insecure. They give it to almost anyone because that's what the Fed and State rules stipulate. I've been told that they have almost $50 million in the bank, from donations, the State and the Fed. The people running the food bank are making six figure salaries, and I don't really consider them to be abusing the system like they do in L.A.

The rolling joke a few years ago was the woman who drove her black Cadillac Escalade to the food bank, was always first in line, and DEMANDED food for her family every week. And got it.

#2 I learned that if you go the "house the homeless" route, you end up with a bunch of druggies in a house, doing drugs and trashing the place. No one gets helped. There's drug addiction, mental illness, and "dual diagnosis" where the mentally ill homeless person self-treats their illness with street drugs. If they can't be put away and made sober, they'll just become another statistic. Democrats in California have PREVENTED this from happening, because all their palms are getting greased.

The biggest facility for mental illness in the country is only about an hour away from my house. It's called the LA County Jail. It shouldn't be this way.
