The news today has, of course, been all abuzz about the new vaccine mandate, with people claiming that it's unconstitutional, and governors (and the RNC) promising to sue the Biden administration to block this.
Which got me to thinking about the law in this regard.
Turns out I'm not the only one, and quite a lot has recently been written on the subject. As luck would have it, there is already precedent for this. In 1905, the Supreme Court ruled 7-2 that forcing a citizen to receive the smallpox vaccination, and subjecting them to criminal penalty if they refuse, does not violate the Due Process clause, and is okey-dokey as far as the Constitution is concerned. Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11
As with most Supreme Court decisions, it's not an especially enthralling read, but I've found a number of papers written about it. And some are actually pretty decent. Such as this one: https://www.politico.com/news/magazi...ecedent-510280

If we can redefine vaccine, why can't we redefine "gain of function" research.
Fauci said Trump would face a global pandemic, surprise surprise. Fauci funds the lab in wuhan. Fauci says the vaccine works, and Biden returns us to normal on July 4th.
Except the vaccine doesn't work. And either china or nature is making variants. Oops. What now?

My teacher friend is home for two weeks because she exhibited "cold-like symptoms", and her doctor won't write her an "alternative diagnosis" so she can work. Doctors fear malpractice law suits far more than disease.
Meanwhile she's is taking care of her child, who actually does have Covid. Doesn't matter, as the rules in California say she can go back to work anyway.
It's as if Monty Python was writing the contact tracing rules.
BTW, if my kids sit within six feet of a child that contracts Covid (with or without symptoms), they get 10 days of independent study with no live instruction. As a result, it's theorized that many parents are not confirming that their kids got Covid as it could potentially take out 30 students. It's the law of unintended consequences in action.

Israel says--based on a study 700,000 subjects--that natural immunity (getting Covid) is FAR more effective than vaccination. Provably so. Fauci says after 18 months of this bullshit that he doesn't know. In other words, a major study involving almost a million people is ruining his vaccine narrative, so he shrugs his shoulders.

So again, let's make the "vaccine" mandatory even though it doesn't stop you from getting it or giving it and even if you get it, you have a 99.9% chance of survival and about half the people don't even have symptoms. I wonder how much the "vaccine" would have helped the Chinese men that were photographed spontaneously dead on the streets. Maybe that virus was much stronger and morphed into a more benevolent virus once out in the wild like the Andromeda Strain.
Oh yeah, and if you are vaccinated you don't need to wear a mask per The Ice Cream Man's tweet. Or wait, do you still have to wear a mask? The science man says it works. I'm confused. C'mon man!

saying the same thing over and over again is a marketing technique. Smart bands employed it to pass a clear message:
it's quite obvious some here need that extra thick skull penetration. It's also sad cause i post about things here that you either dont know about, or find out a few days later -- cause horrible news sources.
