You're not arguing the first amendment; you're arguing pointless semantics. We all know plenty of our laws, today and of the past, are based on the faith of the silly lawmakers -- which happens to be christian, as well as having a population nearly solely made-up of the faith. Ergo christian based. Random Example: You could not buy alcohol in Indiana, since statehood, on Sundays until 2018. That's a law from 1816 based on christian faith [[color=#333333]Methodists and Baptists].
On the other hand, I understand why it's important to maintain currency on the narrative of "young black people bad." I'm not being sarcastic, I get it- as a broad generalization, young black people are somewhat more likely to commit violent acts against white people than young white people are to commit violent acts against black people.
So, completely unrelated to any of that (and, @DNMakinson , I promise we'll get back on point) here is something free of the obligation for serious thought:
(Disclaimer: I honestly don't know if this is satire or reality. They're essentially the same thing in this regard.)
Here is a legitimate political question for all of you deep thinkers.
Will impeachment (or the constant threat of impeachment) become the new normal for presidents going forward?
To me, based on the impeachment attempts after Nixon, it feels like it has become a political tactic for the party not in current power to smear the reputation and legacy of any sitting president.

Democrats don't have much of a platform other than to call republicans greedy and evil while laughing in their mansions getting voter riled up about .012% of the workforce [workers making win. wage. source: bls]

If America were to be deemed a theocracy tomorrow, this would have a far greater impact on your life than whether or not a 40 year old man is allowed to claim to be a 7 year old girl for the purpose of competing in an athletic competition.

Saw this headline just now:
I'm not sure if she understand the situation fully. The Millennials acknowledge that we / you have all of the money, and their point is that they intend to take it from us by legislative means.

Just on cue, the impeachment hearing wasn't going well, so my signature prediction came true.
Watch Live: Authorities are searching for a gunman following a shooting at Saugus High School in Santa Clarita. At least seven people are injured.

Mark my words, it will happen.
In other news, Hearsay evidence can be much better than direct evidence, provided that it supports your quest to de-throne the Bad Orange Man:
On camera or on tape.. same deal, no?
Also.
Republican operative Roger Stone was found guilty Friday of all seven counts against him, including witness tampering and making false statements.
Prosecutors portrayed Stone, 67, as a serial liar who tried to bully witnesses into not cooperating with authorities. They charged Stone, a confidant of President Donald Trump, with making false statements, obstruction and witness tampering in a case that was an offshoot of special counsel Robert Mueller's Russia investigation.

I'll bet that hand is smooth, and yet dry, because she's not the kind of gal who uses moisturizer (which is icky) and yet has naturally thin / delicate skin.
You know what I mean- some people, myself included, have very thick and coarse skin on the palms and the palm-side of the fingers. Not calloused per se, just a bit rough.
I'll bet she doesn't.
All I can think about right now is what it would feel like being very deliberately rubbed across my face, starting with the palm at the forehead and then progressing down the cheek, as the fingers work their way around my closed eyelids, down across the lips and then looping sideways across the bottom of the chin.
The fact that the fingernails are trimmed very tightly is a huge plus.
