If people are being absolutely ridiculous like that guy and using personal attacks I usually just delete the comment and block them if they return. Not that I want to be a dictator of the comments, but because it just adds nothing. I want the comment section to be somewhere people can browse for more information on the video, not see useless hatred and name calling.
