EDIT. Hold on a second...how are you running Exhintake on a 99 head? Are you sure your cam is out of a solid lifter (99-00) motor? You can only run the earlier cam if you convert to Hydrolic.
Also, i cant remember if its possible, but check your CAS to make sure its not 180 degrees out... would be a basic thing to do and i dont have one anymore to see if you can even do that.
well the CAS wont be, but the spark outputs could.
typically when you crank, and it's about to catch the motor stops itself, like crank crank clunk, crank crank crank clunk.

will the amphenol used flow the current you need? Last thing to check after you have made sure all of that works is the continuity of EVERY electrical connection from ECU to plug as well as grounds to ground and positive leads to ground for power.
With what you say... assuming the wiring is adequate and properly connected you have improper timing on something... be it injectors, spark or cam
Cam timing would be more obvious and was detailed earlier in this thread... but if you still have the stock intake cam... its worth a shot (at this point)

If i am actually in my apartment for long enough i will take one of your old tunes i have on my laptop, change it to your injector size, and then give it to you.

THIS^^ Get rid of your (pointless in my opinion) exhintake mod, put stock gears and stock cams in, time it to the FSM and try to start the car.

I verified the COP wiring to be correct (from the ECU to the cops). Is there any other way they could be wrong?

Starter fluid in the egr port of the manifold for ~2 seconds and it tried to stay running. When I hooked the fuel pump up it wouldn't so I am guessing too much fuel for initial start. There was a backfire in there somewhere but at least I know now it is still a fueling problem and I can stop ******* with other things.
One more data point: when I tried using starter fluid in conjunction with the fuel pump the car would only crank like it had been doing before but once I disconnect the fuel pump it'll sputter and try to stay running.

Yeah, if only I had time to actually work on this tune thing. Been busy with photoshoots, which isn't a bad thing, so I have merely glanced at it a couple times over the past few days.
Hopefully by the end of this week I'll have enough time to figure out how to tune and actually do it.

Yeah, I figured that no fuel pressure was a problem so I wanted to fix that before I resorted to starter fluid. When I had fuel pressure and it still didn't work I decided it was time to spray it.
I know it only takes a few seconds to cut the pw down but I'd like to find the correct injector opening time and calculate the pw's.
