You make me second guess my .64 turbine on my 2860rs. Then again, I really don't need anymore than 325-350hp. Learning to drive it well is much more important.

I told you to run the .86 on the phone last weekend.

I ordered the turbo 6 weeks ago.

Funny thing is that I actually have an .86 sitting here from a previous kit that i didn't know wasn't going to be used by someone else. But, I would still need a new turbine housing for it. I may just save it for a couple months and see how I like the .64.

y8s 08-10-2009 04:12 PM

what was the problem with the .64? I make plenty of power with it...

you shit is slow and tired...that's what's wrong with the .64 housing. Now stop gaying up this thread with your little pea-shooter turbine housing. This thread is about producing test, you should try it some time.

so what you're saying is that you dont actually have dyno plot comparisons on your car... ok.

when you V-band homersexuals get your shit together, I want someone to do this test for me since it's, what, 38 seconds to swap turbine housings with the v-band option?

hustler 08-10-2009 05:49 PM

I'd like to do it too especially considering I have too much headroom at 15psi. We just need someone to bankroll it. It would be hilarious to get an air ratchet and swap the housings too.

This car has spent enough downtime for me to not want to go through the hassle of getting another housing and retuneing it. Maybe in the winter but right now i want to drive it.

This is the story of my life. One track event in basically 1-year with only one reliability problem...and its a crippling one. Hopefully my shit is fixed.

y8s 08-10-2009 06:46 PM

cjsafski 08-10-2009 07:05 PM

Guys let show Savigton some respect. He's 16 and 1/2.

curly 08-10-2009 07:51 PM

Yeah come on guys, he's 17.

See I dont care what it looks like. I just want it to work. If I could afford the CNC work or casting I would already be doing it but alas I cannot. Hopefully interest will provide them with reason for us tiny turbo folk

Fireindc 08-10-2009 07:56 PM

He may be 16(20?), but his car is more badass than 95% of this forums.

18psi 08-10-2009 08:02 PM

At first I was surprised to find out his age, but think about it: who gives a fuck if he's 40 or 13, he is serious about going fast and is faster on the track than most of us. Props to him on that, regardless of age:)

neogenesis2004 08-10-2009 08:10 PM

Werd, I'm 22 and I've already fucked all of your mothers. Even the old guys mothers...

kotomile 08-10-2009 08:19 PM

I've seen the car run already :P

No matter Sav's age, he is a very knowledgeable person to converse with, and his car gathered more of a crowd than any other car out there at last yesterday's autox shakedown.

18psi 08-10-2009 08:20 PM

Vid of it looked like it hauls ass and gets into boost real quick. One of these days I hope to see it run in person.
