Let me tell you what it's like living in a libertarian paradise:
>Vacant house on our street
>neighbor notices someone is stealing stuff from the house, they have it in a truck out front
>neighbor calls 911 "Someone is breaking in to the vacant house next door and stealing from it"
>"Sir are you the property owner?"
>"No"
>"Sorry there's nothing we can do."
Less than a week later I am pulled over while moving with traffic (all of traffic was pulled over too) with at least 30 squad cars and SUVs involved in the speed trap.
Also lol that walmart is 5 minutes from Ben's house and 10 from mine.

South of 96th Street: Not even once.
I think that walmart is actually more like 2 minutes from my house. The sad part is that i find it nicer than the other walmart that's 5 minutes from my house.

walmart is significantly cheaper than the other stores near me, stocks more items, and provides more services like being able to provide my propane needs.
Why would I pay $5 for something when I can get it at Walmart for $3?
I live between two as well.
What I can't wait for is the new Wegman's that will be built even closer to me.

Topps is for cheap, Weggies is for convenience. Much more expensive than other supermarkets. Wife used to work there in the prepared foods section.
When I made Eagle scout, they give a formal banquet, and you are "sponsored" by a community leader. I got Danny Wegman, who is, to put it bluntly, a ***. Extreme metrosexual (long before the word was even coined), including makeup. His wife is an ultra-bitch, in every bad connotation there is.
I was a huge geek, and we had absolutely nothing in common. Lots of long, uncomfortable pauses that day.
