I will reroute the coolant eventually, it rubs on too many things if I put it underneath the IM for now. TB is a stock B18 throttle.

The dotted line is the old motor, so '99 head, stock '99 IM. Solid line is the new motor, same internals, but with an '02 VVT head and the Honda IM. Powerband is a solid 1500rpm wider than it was before.

294whp at 14psi with virtually no tuning - I'm sure that small dip is tuning related, probably super low timing from when I was trying to aid spool with VVT unhooked. I was pressed for time (had to get to a wedding, this is also why it's just a cameraphone shot of the computer screen and not a full printout) so I didn't get to play with it anymore. The '99 motor made ~265whp on the same dyno.

Nice work dude! I gotta tell you, I don't think any one on here has as fast of a turn around time as you do. Very impressive.

Just curious, what are you revving this motor to?

I'm pretty impressed as well. I think with a little more work on the fuel and spark curves I could gain all that mid-range back. It drives the same, but very different - the boost hits earlier and smoother, and it ******* RIPS up top. I really need to get a shift light or a tachometer now - before I could shift when the power tapered off around 7300 or so, but now it pulls HARD straight into the fuel cut.

I think it's right around that, maybe like 61mm. There's a place that hogs them out. I want one with a larger pulley wheel so I have more throttle travel.

7400rpm. Still on a stock valvetrain. I'd like to get some valvesprings, SUB, and a set of cams into it at some point, and then I'll spin it to 7600-7800 or so.

I'll pull the log off the AEM, I have the internal logger set up to log target and error.

Also, if you want, divide those torque numbers by 3.909 for real torque. I did the pulls in 5th gear.
