That's the west pole atop the Hancock building, where my aux transmitting antenna is, as well as one of my ENG microwave receive antennas.

I've never seen lightning do that before. Looks like it went into the base of the pole, then came right back out, skipped the building itself entirely, and touched down... somewhere much lower.
