Very cool, thanks.

I'm interested in the results. I've found it great over bumps, but it's definitely going to depend on the bump...

Interesting, I have a Foxwell diagnostic tool, so I can view live data, implement tests, bleed procedures, etc.
It also shows status.
It's showing the following confusing info:

Name: DSC button (activation > 3 sec)
Value: ASC/DSC active

The fact that it says "ASC/DSC active" is...confusing and concerning. My understanding of ASC and DSC, is I want both off. I assumed and read, both would be inoperative without the steering sensor and CAN connection to engine ECU. Maybe "ASC/DSC active" means the button > 3sec has been (effectively) activated?

Thoughts?

Has anyone ordered and received a harness from 3DM in the last couple of months?

Hrm, I ordered a few days after you. I emailed them yesterday and haven't heard back, I'll just be patient.

Thank you

By the way, if anyone wants a set of the ATEC fittings, one of the people that ordered backed out. So I have one set of fittings left for anyone that might want em. $70 shipped

kinda glad i did my own, for that price.

on a side note, has anyone played with the wheel speed output from the mk60? I swear i read that it had outputs for each of the wheels, but the wiring schematics only show one output. I'm trying to get traction control working in Megasquirt, but i need the wheel speed from one front and one rear wheel. I ordered some prox switches for now, but it would have been nice to use the outputs if they exist.

timwrx's wiring plan shows output pins he is sending to his Haltech https://www.miataturbo.net/suspensio...2/#post1600400

just did some snooping and found this thread: https://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/s...lone-ABS/page7
apparently the outputs are 5v, which is perfect since that's what i need for Megasquirt.

So, interestingly, maybe there is a difference between the NB2 ABS sensor brackets and whatever the original poster has. My car is an 04 Mazdaspeed that was converted to non-MS diff/axles. They need material thickness added, not removed, as well as a mounting hole.

Are you are using the OEM or BMW speed sensors?

BMW. I haven't looked at the front yet since the rotor needs to come off to see anything because I have TSE brake ducts.

So what's your solution to the mounting hole? It seems like you will need to ditch the OEM bracket for something custom.

Currently have the digital calipers out and I'm going to mock something up in Fusion 360, print it with revisions until I'm happy, and find someone with a mill that can do aluminum locally. We will see.

I'll see what I can find there Might end up being easiest anyway, and I'll cut some extras.
