Just because it ended on a rather crappy note, I still had some really good highs off this thing so Id say yes it was.

Perhaps a built miata engine is just not capable of holding the boost you were running. In for the final autopsy report.

 

I was running of wastegate when it happened. 24psi. Just went outside, cut the alternator belt and started the car. Engines fucked royally. Seems like my built engines only last 2 weeks. Whatever. Its over.

Been down that road, and you are doing the right thing. Once its parted and gone, you will feel SOOO much better.
