I should know more next week on the price. I can tell you for sure the 1.6L piece will be more expensive than the 1.8L intake manifold.

More vacuum ports can be added, that is not a problem. Or you can use a vacuum port like brain did.

Probably between $575 and $625 for the 1.6L. I should have final numbers later this week.

lol you had to kind of expect that cost.. the only other one on the market is about that price if not higher. Requires a great deal of labor due to the fuel injectors vs the 1.8.

which is why some of us opted to hack up a stock IM and weld to that....

I'm wondering if BEGi wouldn't be willing to use the plenum and runners they are using and just weld to a cut IM like mine. Possibly a cost savings/time savings for both parties.

I know since I wanted those 45° runners and other factors mine wasn't as simple/easy...

I will ask Tim and see what he says. The 45 degree runners would not be any less expensive. If it were a straight runner, most likely. Let me see what he says tomorrow. We might be able to do two version of the 1.6L manifold.

The TB is not a restriction for flow; if it were the case, your IC and compressor outlet would be hell on the system.

there's a thread in BEGi's section about my IM....

Now when you say a bigger throttle body... do you mean one that can .. consume an entire bottle of fuze?

Props to Corky and his team on the worksmanship. This thing is really gorgeous. Once I solve this random issue w/ the car, I'll strap this thing on the dyno.
