I use the copper stuff on all the studs and bolts for the exhaust. It smokes and stinks for a little while too, but is supposedly sensor safe and perhaps less harmful than breathing lead vapor. It never seems to affect my WB.
It does look like something is starting to catch fire under my hood on the first drive.

Flared my lines tonight. Need to remake the return line and then I can pressure test it.

Got all my fuel lines laid out. Need a couple more hose ends, so when I map out my turbo lines I'll get the rest of the fuel line pieces order.

Finished up the front end today, need to drill holes and bolt together.

Also got the fuel rail 80% done. Needs brackets, but it fits right and should work well.

Can you fit the injector plugs around that fuel rail and plug them in?

That's a sweet idea on the front brace, wish I would have thought of that, makes removing stuff nice and easy

I use the nickel anti-sieze thats rated to like 2400°F, the oil/light grease that carries the nickle particles does burn off.

WTF Turbosmart/BW. This doesn't line up at all.

@Lokiel is this what you were talking about? Looks like I might have to slot the wastegate bracket. Basically the arc of the wastegate shaft moves outside of the wastegate flapper lever. Wont connect at all without some binding.
