Alright bitches, the head is finally is out of the car. I should be able to get it to the shop for refurbishing this week. And hopefully I will have it back by the next weekend so that I can start reassembling this bitch.

I have gotten rid of the entire stock exhaust system, that means that there's no turning back. Im going to BOOST.

There's something that Im having a little problem with thought. The ******* main front seal. I cant seem to get it out, and I dont want to **** anything up. What should I do.

I also started to polish the valve covert, and Im going to paint it Ford Blue. I had lots of pics, but they are on my friends Blackberry and I dont have a way to upload them through my laptop. Im gonna ask to borrow a camera and show how my block looks.

 

Front main seal - buy a seal puller, use a small flatblade screwdriver and pop a hole in the seal, use the seal puller to pry it out. If you do it correctly you will be amazed at how easy it is.
