Looking good so far but why no divided inlet flange? (don't say "because race car") You could have taken the inner side and ground an angle to it for flow. Now the flows will hit the flat sides/bridge of your QSV, no? This will eat up at least 2 hp.
I hope Abe has better luck welding to weirtech mild flanges than I do.

for subsonic flow, the leading edge of a body should be rounded, not sharp.
ie
intake ports: round edge
exhaust ports: knife edge
same for turbo manifolds.
also mating a divided flange to an undivided flange will result in flow problems because it will either be a wall (non to divided) or it will form a large stagnation point behind the wall (divided to non).

Right, in theory. In practice, nothing .1psi won't probably fix, like flavorfae mentioned.
If there's room to smooth out the QSV divider itself then do it if you feel like it. Bust out your sawzall skills.

Who wants to buy Faeflora a BRAND NEW CLUTCH!!!!! <3 <3 <3
Unless ACT severely overrates their discs I will need a new one or I won't be able to get my HPs worth out of my fuel and turbo rig.
Any other options out there than a 949 ceramic twin disc?

I took it off because while it is awesome and win, it just requires too frequent maintenance for a street car. if you never drive in traffic then it'll last much longer. I think I got about 10-20k out of it with half of that being moderate commuting before it needed a rebuild.
a new set of floaters and disks and it's good to go.
for your 600 horse goal i'd consider getting the pressure plate rebuilt with a stiffer spring. go stiff enough that you can use organic disks or one of each organic and cerametallic.
if you're interested, we can work together (aww) on having all the maintenance done on it to make it like new. when all is said and done, it will be much less expensive than the 949 setup.

Regarding power, I'd like to see how much power this turbo can put down at 25psi. If 25psi doesn't put down over 500hp, something is wrong.
Plan to get there:
Borg S300SX3 66inducer/80exducer, .91 A/R turbine housing
T4 ARTech ramhorn low mount
3.5 downpipe into 4" exhaust
Dual Bosch 044 fuel pumps
100% meth injection with six nozzles- 4 direct port, one post-IC, one pre-turbo
quick spool valve
biggest cams I can find for my VVT motor.
For now I'm going to keep the gutted intake, 2.5" IC piping, smallish begi "#3" IC.
