Going to wire the car up this weekend, hopefully enough that i can power up the system and boot up the computer to verify signals from new sensors etc.
Also, going to be cutting collectors for new manifolds with my new collector fixture!
I have a T3 top mount 1.6 manifold to build.

Engine bay wiring is DONE!
Tomorrow i need to pull the new wires to the EMS and pin them.
After that, its just hooking up the driveshaft, oils and taking apart the hotside to properly install it all tightened down. I want to do my existing mild steel exhaust in stainless though, so i will be doing that too.
Stoked!

Astro, I wish i had camera skills of you guys so i could take a super wicked slow shutter pics of my fixture in action today. it holds the 1.25" shedule 10 pipe in my bandsaw at 15 degrees to cut perfect collectors (fixture... not jig... this is 100% repeatable!)
Going out there in 20 to finish the interior wiring, drop the driveshaft and shifter in and a bunch of little misc stuff.
I need to do one more summit order with some fireshield and a few little other things.
I will also be hitting the metal shop this week for some pipe to build manifolds, metal for seat brackets (bride rep for passenger) and aluminum for coolant overflow tanks- NA miata specific (another part i want to produce)

Do you already have plans for a seat bracket?
This guy sent me his CAD file that I'm going to try and get a local shop to cut and bend.

Got around to actually using my collector cutter...
takes quite a bit of time on a dry bandsaw so i dont cook blades though...
Here is what happened..... had this running in the background while i tore into the Honda B20 and miata wiring...
So who wants a manifold?
