I just skimmed through the last couple of pages and now know that you don't have a v-tps on this engine. ΔMAP is not going to be a great AE tuning strategy for this motor. ΔTPS will improve things.
That big dip in your fuel table suggests that you need to work on your intake.

The front pack SM's were running 1:31's all weekend when NASA ran there in June. Mid pack was 1:33-1:34.
I ran a 1:36:1 in TTE and both the PTE Miatas put up 1:36:5's.
The new rules allowances for SM would have them point out in PTD/TTD this year.
I think you're a bit nuts calling a 1:27, but if you're ok with sporting the tampon on your dash for another year when you don't hit it, I'm ok with that.
But, on a high note, I've got 4 of those shitty red CARB gas cans to haul fuel to the track - you can use them if you promise never to bring them back.

Hustlers car will be a slightly off pace C car until its dialed so I could it doing a 1:29. Crusher should be able to do a 1:27 if its not too hot.

That's the first thing I saw too. If its an MS1 PnP, add a damper to the vacuum line. I found that the sharper intake pulses from an open intake and header trigger the onboard MAP sensor even steady state. Turn down the sensitivity and it bogs.
VTPS is the answer but just damping the signal line to the MAP will work in the mean time. I used a tiny paper inline fuel filter off a lawn mower.

Your incredulity may stem from being so far off the pace in your PTE car. At NASA nationals, they're about the same. The PTE cars on our team are about ~1s under SM records. Our PTD cars 2-3s. Crusher (PTC) about 6s, all on >2:00 course. Figure 25% lower delta for a 1:30 course like Hallett.
Hustlers car will be a slightly off pace C car until its dialed so I could it doing a 1:29. Crusher should be able to do a 1:27 if its not too hot.

No doubts about the times you'll post in Crusher, either. Crusher is about as well prepared, sorted and tuned as a Miata can get to run in C. You've got loads of seat time. Good combination of things to go fast right there.
My doubt was with Hustler pointing at the center field wall and calling his shot again. Two seconds faster than he ran last year with a car he just took 70-90hp out of. In a year where his seat time has fallen way off. Perfect setup for a huge miss and another year of self flagellation.
We all poke fun, but it sucks.

Most of the modifications he's cried and/or worried about would be done completely free if he lived near me, and are free if he ships me anything. Sounds like he's in a fabrication black hole.

Half Hustler's problems would be solved if he wasn't afraid of the post office or had the time to ship stuff.

Thanks. After Hallett, this car get's parked until I get a real computer and proper injectors...after paying off my debt. I'll probably track the car again next summer, lol.
