Goodwin says that a 1991 car with a 99 engine, 94 header, 994 cat and test pipe are too many differences and that my exhaust would fit his jig. I guess it's going to the muffler shop...right now.

The exhaust does not fit on my 1994 with the stock cat.
This is not a battle I can win, the exhaust is already used, I don't really blame them. A muffler shop is going to cut the rear section and add a couple inches, then it should fit.
When you tells someone you have a 99 engine, 1994 header, in a 1991 car...you don't really have footing with those variables. Oh well, more "experience". I have a $10k pile of parts in the garage right now, this is a drop in the bucket.
Who wants a low compression bottom end? Also, everyone needs to read my user-text and stop asking for my 3.63 pumpkin or I will ban you.

Usually, the gaskets drop in my mouth.
this happened to my while I was dremeling last weekend. I was wearing protective glasses and telling my father-in-law about the time I was replacing a diff and got rust in my eye and had to get it removed, so now i wear protective eyewear.
obviously that didnt help.
But like a man (and since all eye places were closed for the night), I got it out myself with my fingernail.

Shame on you. Even Faefae uses eye protection when it uses any power tools. See? seriously

I need the ones posted above to play it 100% safe.
What I posted was the irony that is my life.
Kinda like how I crashed my miata moments after telling Brad that the corner we about to take is dangerous as many people cross the middle line on a blind corner...

What's funny is, I spent the rest of the day continuing what I was doing. My eye felt a little annoying, but i wasn't paying any mind to it.
It wasn't until later that evening when I was out driving that I noticed the wind/air was bothering my eye. So I checked in the mirror and I could clearly see it. Then the pain/panic kicked in.

What are the chances my FM cam gear has the stuff to run an NB CMP? I just ordered MS2 and I have no idea how to get a CMP sensor.
What I have:
From Y8s, who made it:
I'm guessing I need to move the CMP tooth closer to "just behind TDC if I use the 12-1 CKP. The CMP tooth needs to drop between the "last tooth" and "first tooth" on the CMP, right? Is this something as simple as visually looking at the CKP and adjusting the CMP?
What I have:
- NB CKP and Hall sensor
- TSE 12-1 wheel where I cut off one tooth
- Y8s' modded single tooth CAS
- FM cam gear that probably doesn't have pick-ups for CMP
- Valve cover with cut belt area since that was smashed in the car it came from

it was set up to provide a pulse between 180 BTDC and 6 BTDC crankshaft (90 to 3 BTDC cam) rotation for the Tec3. You will have to see if you can adjust the "timing" of the sensor to get it where you want it and if it doesn't work, you'll need to move the metal arm to the right place to do it.
That requires pulling the cover, pulling the center trigger wheel screw, and drilling a new small hole for the locator pin in the wheel with the single paddle. Not terribly difficult to do but maybe tricky to get it in the right spot.
