The two ways to get more holding power out of a clutch are with a grippier friction material or more clamping force. There is a clutch shop here in town that re-springs pressure plates for everything from heavy trucks to race cars. There has to be someone over there doing similar things. Just an idea.

Well, clutch has been holding fine on the track. It's just fifth and sixth gear that slips. And only on highway driving when it gets hot.

Haven’t done much lately. Car works suspiciously well so there’s nothing to do... Just waiting to get money for the twin disc clutch

Next time you shoot a vid, do me a favor and: -attach the camera to your steering column so that the speedo and tach are both clearly visible. -do 1-4th or whatever gears you're comfortable going through. No need to shift fast or do anything crazy. I'm just fascinated with comparing peoples speedometer sweep and trying to get an idea of what kind of power relates to what kind of needle movement. lol hope that makes sense |

After cleaning injectors I had to make fuel maps pretty much from the beginning. I also lower the fuel pressure from 85psi to 70psi |
