All detailed and ready for a meet next weekend!
Never ended up bracing my downpipe so I'm a bit nervous about making the drive before that got done... Abe re-inforced the downpipe though like crazy, and also told me to loosen the v-band clamps and move the whole exhaust around to get it to settle without stressing anything. I did that, so hopefully it won't crack again! I plan to add the FM brace for extra support but obviously that won't arrive before next weekend.

When I did my rocker repair there's some GM red van rattle can you can buy from dupicolor thats nearly a perfect match for classic red that I used. It came out acceptably. It'll never be as durable as a real 2 part paint out of a gun through.

Excited to get the brakes done but they are going to have to wait until after I get tuned which is the week of May 10th-17th.
Im also happy to report that my downpipe survived a ~250mi round trip this past Sunday. Went to a Miata meet in central/North jersey.
My only complaints for the car are the tune (car repeatedly stalls when coming to a stop, which obviously will be resolved when I get it to Oracle) and also a vibration over 60mph. I could REALLY use some nice new summer tires but I don't think that will be possible until later this summer. For now I plan to swap in my moog ball joints and have the wheels roadforce balanced. Hopefully that will resolve it so I can be comfortable on the ride out to get tuned!

Dropped the car off last Sunday to Ken Hill @ Oracle tuning! Very anxious and excited to get it back this Sunday!
Once I get it back I have to do my balljoints, Wilwood front brake install and 1.8 rear brake swap.

Thanks guys! I'm ready for the BS to be all sorted and actually start to get the chance to enjoy and drive the car without worry! Another month and I should have all the small things left on my list knocked out! The biggest thing I've been waiting on is the tune though so im ready to get it back Sunday and see how it runs

219hp / 211tq @10psi
Apparently my EBC wasn't working which is why it was only tuned at wastegate pressure. I might have to dig into that and get it re-tuned eventually and up the boost a little but I am perfectly happy at 219/211! When I dropped it off I asked if he could keep it around 220-230. Soooo ready to pick it up tomorrow! Maybe I'll take some gopro footage driving it back lol
