The amount of work that has gone in between us 3, while simultaneously dealing with family issues, moving, and real work has seriously impressed me. This **** is getting to california, and it feels good to say that.
The whole plug thing was ridiculous. I spent close to an hour playing with cranking settings and stuff. We finally checked the plugs.
They were dry.
Added gas.
They were wet. But still no start.
We checked whether or not they were sparking.
No spark.
Called it a night.
Ed's dad got plugs the next day, and it started up first try and idled just fine. I went over at lunch and set up closed loop idle, and fiddled with some other settings, then Ed drove it to work.
I still need to drive it. I haven't felt the boozts.

It's dead on the side of the road. Cruising at 60 in 6th and car just died. Popped the hood for the first time and holy wiring batman. Needless to say I'm stuck on the side of 217...

Well ****, thats not good.
Does it crank? And does it have a connection to the megasquirt.
The wiring is all there, it just hasn't been cleaned up.
Ed probably isn't up yet. Text me if you want to try and diagnose it. Or are you just getting it towed somewhere.

A followup on the AEM settings: used JTsoldier's setting, and it was about 3 tenths off (read 3 ish points higher in TS than on the gauge).
Dropped settings by .2 on both (to .15 and 4.34), and it was either 1 tenth or spot on (hard to tell). happy with that.
Also: that last pic. Rawr.
Some pics I took after a bath yesterday:

Thanks Vlad.
Now to get her running again again again.

So I put 5 gallons of premium in it, put it on a jump box, cranks and cranks and cranks but no dice. Pulled a plug, it's dry, fuel pump primes when you key it on. Don't really have time to mess with it before I have to leave for class.

so seems like the pump is priming but the injectors aren't firing. Any chance you could take a composite log to make sure all the sensors are registering?

Issue is the crank+cam sensors somewhere. Thats why its not injecting. Megasquirt won't inject until it gets a sync'd cam+crank signal.
Were using my auction car trigger wheel. Which is very questionable. And might have even had some wobble. I was busy doing other things so it didn't really register to me as a problem when I saw it.

Thank you, the crank sensor may just need adjusting or something. I'm trying to figure out right now if we can just run batch fuel and spark off the CAS and get it home.

What are the settings? And does it work with an unmodified OEM CAS?
