It probably does better than 41mpg now that the F-Con **** is up and running. It got 41mpg highway just with a bullshit chipped ECU and some stupid "fuel tuning" with an AFPR. 45psi base fuel pressure + 25psi = awesome, right?

9.6:1 AFRs under throttle tip-in/boost onset is probably fine, right?

And the F-CON IS a piggyback.

Didn't charge the battery or nothing. Fired right up, no ticks, no starting fluid. (I say fired right up, but this is with such crappy priming pulse, and cranking pulse settings. Plus not being started for all winter, i'm surprised.)

Then i went and did a burnout down my street and pissed everyone off. I guess they came to my house yelling for me. The people who just moved in next door where really not happy. Oh well.

Put my new bryanmodified 350hp intercooler on with a buddies help. Shockingly only a 1 beer job, and didn't require removal of the bumper, or modification of anything.

The FM piping really stretched, but it worked fine.

Tons of room behind it.

It looks like it would hit, but it's not hitting anything at all. Good fitment.

Ohhhh here we go.

I also sold your old wheels to him.

The metal around his windshield, is it painted black so it matches the hardtop?

Oh, the windshield frame is blue.

That hardtop is BRG, he's looking to get a soft top and sell that hard top.

Had some time to mess around today. Been to busy working, buying parts and installing them on that blue miata.

So i did a little work.
It doesn't seem like a lot of work, but it took a bit of time. Getting the clutch and flywheel off sucked as always. (one person)

Engine is clean.

All the bolts come out nice and easy.

This looked "used" but at 50k miles it's hardly used, and looks pretty dang good.

What's the story with storing a transmission like this?

Now... Where to start. haha

read the whole thread. I'm impressed how you just jumped right into it. Did you have any mechanical experience before hand? How hard are the clutch/flywheel swapping? I'm thinking of tossing in a FM stg.1 clutch/flywheel kit and debating on either doing it or having a shop do it. Let me know. Thanks for all the updates!
