I definitely don't have bad service at work. Two 10 gig fibers (one from AT&T, one from Comcast.) Never see inline tweets at all.

I was more under the impression it's twitters or this sites side being slow.

Damn I really don't know why the leftists think the grunts will support them. I'm mildly curious why the states are able to send their national Guard troops to DC

That's kind of the whole point of the National Guard. As the name implies, they are routinely deployed to states other than their home state. The most common example would be to provide aid (medical services, food distribution, etc) following natural disasters.
