A 39-year-old female patient received bnt162b2, via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Left arm on 05Apr2021 09:50 (Lot Number: ER2613) as 1st dose, single for covid-19 immunisation. Medical history included Migraine, orthopedic issues. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. Patient experienced twitching muscle spasm in her left arm post-vaccination (Apr2021). The twitching was on and off at the beginning but has been persistent for the last 8 days. She added she took Ibuprofen, used deep tissue massages, and contracted her muscle. She stated she is now looking into using lidocaine patches. She said she contacted her doctors office. She said she was not having a lot of pain, but the arm she had the COVID-19 Vaccine injection in was having twitching, muscle spasms. She said it is like her arm muscle was dancing. She said the twitching, muscle spasms were not painful, but she has had the twitching, muscle spasms going on 8 days now. She said her left arm twitching, muscle spasms were more of an annoyance. Patient asked what she could do for the twitching, muscle spasms, and how long would the muscle spasms last. She had tried to relax her left arm muscle as much as she could. She said she had alternated ice and heat, and had done frequent deep tissue massage to her left arm. She said she tried to ""Hulk-out"" (contract) her left arm muscle, and that didn't work for the twitching, muscle spasm. She said she took 3-4 generic (Brand Name) Ibuprofen (Expiration Date: Jul2020) 200mg tablets at a time. Reported she had not used any other over-the-counter products to treat her left arm twitching muscle spasms. Reported when she spoke to her doctor, she had mentioned she would like to try placing a Lidocaine patch on her left arm to see if that would stop the twitching, muscle spasms. She said her Lidocaine patches were used for other orthopedic issues, and her doctor told her to give the Lidocaine patch a try, if she had a Lidocaine patch available. She said she hadn't tried the Lidocaine patch yet. She said she wanted to talk to Pfizer first before she tried the Lidocaine 750mg patch 5% (Expiration Date: May2009). She said the Lidocaine patch was a prescription. Reported her left arm was sore the first day she received her COVID-19 Vaccine (05Apr2021). She said within 24 hours of getting her COVID-19 Vaccine, her left arm pain went away, and the twitching muscle spasms in her left arm started on and off. She said her left arm twitching muscle spams had become more persistent now. She said her left arm twitching muscle spasms were more of an annoyance. The outcome of the event vaccination pain was recovered on Apr2021, other events was not recovered. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected."

​​​​​​​ Day one was headache as expected and right arm pain. Day two I had bad headache (9) joint pain in my shoulder and hips, loud ringing ears. shortness of breathe, left lung pain. This repeated for three days so I tested by BP and found it to be 160/130. Past day 3 I started with adrenaline spikes where heart would race up and I felt like hulk and blood pressure spikes out of the random. 5/24/21, I saw my family doctor and since my BP was so random high and then low she did not want to give me meds since it could drops too low at time. For my difficulty breathing and lung pain she gave me an prescription inhaler. As of today I still have the ringing left ear, shoulder joint pain like a pin stuck in it and unable to raise over my head without using my left arm to support, high BP on average 140/132. 167/151, 126/89, 122/91,110/87, 126/84 are some examples. These at the lowest is 10+ point higher than my normal range of 120s over 70s. Headache continues but may be due to the higher than normal BP.

The occurrence of additional non-serious events is detailed below. No Medical History information was reported. On 13-Aug-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On 09-Sep-2021, received second dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) dosage was changed to 1 dosage form. On 09-Sep-2021, the patient experienced NASOPHARYNGITIS (Cold and sweating), INSOMNIA (Couldn't sleep), MALAISE (Felt sick), PAIN (Pain in their entire body), HEADACHE (Headache), PYREXIA (Fever) and VACCINATION SITE PAIN (Arm was hurting). On 11-Sep-2021, the patient experienced PERIPHERAL SWELLING (Arm was swollen ,gigantic, humongous like the incredible hulk,) and MOVEMENT DISORDER (Can put their hand around it.). The patient was treated with NAPROXEN ongoing since an unknown date for Adverse event, at an unspecified dose and frequency. On 11-Sep-2021, NASOPHARYNGITIS (Cold and sweating), INSOMNIA (Couldn't sleep), MALAISE (Felt sick), PAIN (Pain in their entire body), HEADACHE (Headache), PYREXIA (Fever) and VACCINATION SITE PAIN (Arm was hurting) had resolved. At the time of the report, PERIPHERAL SWELLING (Arm was swollen ,gigantic, humongous like the incredible hulk,) had not resolved and MOVEMENT DISORDER (Can put their hand around it.) outcome was unknown. Concomitant product use was not provided by the reporter. it was reported Paitent arm was still gigantic. This case was linked to MOD-2021-295327 (Patient Link).

The U.S. government is using 'keyword warrants' to uncover the identity of anyone who searches Google and other search engines for certain search terms that may be related to a crime, according to a new report.

The controversial practice, which is already drawing civil liberties concerns about sweeping government overreach, was revealed on Tuesday in 'accidentally unsealed' court documents obtained by Forbes.

Keyword warrants — which have been secretly employed for at least several years — are drawing backlash as many argue they violate an individual's constitutional protections against unreasonable search and seizure.Read More

'Trawling through Google's search history database enables police to identify people merely based on what they might have been thinking about, for whatever reason, at some point in the past,' said Jennifer Granick, surveillance and cybersecurity counsel at the American Civil Liberties Union.

'This never-before-possible technique threatens First Amendment interests and will inevitably sweep up innocent people, especially if the keyword terms are not unique and the time frame not precise. To make matters worse, police are currently doing this in secret, which insulates the practice from public debate and regulation.'

However, Google has defended its decision to respond to keyword warrants and claims they protect users when doing so.

'As with all law enforcement requests, we have a rigorous process that is designed to protect the privacy of our users while supporting the important work of law enforcement,' a Google spokesperson explained.

The FBI tried to use keyword searches to identify Austin bomber Mark Anthon Conditt

The federal government claims the scope of the warrants is limited, which allegedly avoids implicating innocent people who search the specific terms by happenstance.

However, officials have not publicly disclosed how often they use keyword warrants requests, or the number of users whose data has been turned over by private tech companies.

Forbes reported that only a handful of keyword warrant requests have been made public.

The most sweeping was a keyword hunt for the serial bomber who struck Austin, Texas in 2018.

The order served on Google, Yahoo and Microsoft demanded the handover of IP and account information for anyone who searched for a range of terms related to bomb making, such as 'low explosives' and 'pipe bomb.'

Two people died in the 20-day bombing spree, and bomber Mark Anthony Conditt killed himself as authorities closed in on him. Police said that he was traced by unique pink construction gloves captured on surveillance video.

Conditt was not caught by the sweeping warrants, but by reviewing Home Depot footage to identify the purchaser of distinctive gloves worn by the bomber (seen above mailing bomb)

The suspects arrested include a home improvement contractor, a city council member from Elyria identified by Elyria police as Mark Jessie, 64; a firefighter, a teacher, a professor and even a pilot, making over $200,000 a year, who haggled the price down to $15. Another suspect was arrested with a 2-year-old in the car.
