Over the past four years, many among the far-left in America have convinced themselves that those of us who are of a conservative-leaning persuasion are irrational, ignorant, hateful fools who must be opposed at all cost and by any means, lest their nightmarish visions of a dystopian future come to pass.
Each of us knows people who have fallen victim to this cult of fear. They are our co-workers, our family, and our friends. But most importantly, they are our fellow Americans.
Over the days to come, let us demonstrate to them by our actions that we are the mature and reasonable people who we believe ourselves to be.
Let us not gloat, or cast aspersions, or say "I told you so." Nothing productive can ever come of that. Doing so will only deepen the divisions which exist in our country tonight, and fuel more hateful rhetoric which will inspire more violence and cause more harm.
Let us instead be silent.
It is enough, for me, to know that while Trump and Vance may not be perfect, their re-taking of the Executive office, along with a likely Republican majority in both houses of Congress, means that anti-American policies of the Biden administration will quickly be unwound, and the country will begin to steer itself back in the direction of security and prosperity.
Let there be sympathy and healing, not animosity and strife, in the days ahead.
But, privately, just here, just for tonight...
Also, I may watch "The View" for the first time in my life later today.
I've been hooked on a $6.99 bottle of Malbec from Costco, rated 91. It's the closest thing to "table wine" I've found in a while, and I never need an excuse to pop a cork. Buys in volume...
I can't drink cheap wine anymore my wine clubs have ruined me (Davies Vineyard). My favorite go-to for red wine is Louis Martini Sonoma Cab ~$16, or Bonanza (which is a Chuck Wagner of Caymus label) ~$20.
I'm currently in the middle of a kitchen remodel and I'm adding a 60 bottle wine fridge.
My current state of Whiskey is nothing short of embarrassing, but i tend to buy a bottle, drink it, then buy another.

So it looks like Trump is going to come close to his pop vote numbers from 2020. Harris is gonna about 10 million short of 2020 Biden.
This is gonna sound ultra right wing MAGA racist low IQ conspiracy theorist bullshit, but did 10 million people not vote in this election or did they "not vote" in 2020?
Edit: And BTW Joe P, your presidential predictions called, they say they want their money back.

Notice how FL is no longer a swing state when you fire the lady from Broward Co., clean up the voter rolls, and enact some voter security laws?
big think.
and it seems closer to 15-20 million who "didnt vote" whenever, if you add in all the newly registered Pressler-Voters, the Amish, etc. There should have been more voters total than 2020, not less. But that's what happens when you have put together the most extensive and inclusive VOTER FRAUD organization in the history of American politics.

I plan to take the W with “quiet grace and dignity.” However, I have a couple French/English dictionaries that are going in a couple people’s mailboxes.

On this note...I just don't understand HOW 66 MILLION people could vote for her.
Is the sheep pen that large? Does the machine have that much control?
How does this country wake up and move forward?
A. What you said. Grace. Dignity. Understanding.
That is the concern. The brainwashing. It's amazing how one party is accusing the other party of being biggots, racists, crazy...when that accused party has nearly the same values the accusing party had 30 years ago. There is no "right" anymore, it's way left and middlish.

The media is a powerful tool and especially effective with emotionally driven people that lack common sense. The used car dealers love these people.
This is DJT’s 3rd win. The 155mil votes in 2020 was not believable then and now it is proven.
We now have to roll up our sleeves and get to work. We need to make sure this administration fixes the election issues that were caused by the desperate left. NY, GA and Jack Smith need to be dealt with for trying to disenfranchise the citizens of this country.
With all of the polling favoring Harris, hot off the heels of the most popular President ever, and the most "Hitleresque" candidate on the opposing side threatening our democracy, how is it that Independent voters turned out in greater numbers than Democrats this go-around? Surely Russian interference is to blame here.
Notice how FL is no longer a swing state when you fire the lady from Broward Co., clean up the voter rolls, and enact some voter security laws?
This. I had to produce my driver's license to receive my ballot at the polling place. My driver's license had its QR code on the back scanned by the poll worker for validity.
And even with all the fraud in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania still went for Trump.
