The current administration is sending over $40 MILLION DOLLARS PER WEEK to the Taliban.

Can we just talk about how statistically improbable that is?"

Having just spent the past nine days in Florida, I have been reminded of how easy it is to become blinded to how the other half lives.

Going back to Six's earlier observations about how liberal-leaning women have been fed a steady stream of media which has led many of them to conclude that all men are rapists, its likewise quite easy for those who live in majority-conservative bubbles to forget just how deep-blue some cities truly are.

In the 2016 general election, Trump / Pence received 12.4% of the vote in Chicago to Clinton / Kaine's 83.7% (source)

In the 2020 general election, Trump / Pence received 15.8% of the vote in Chicago to Biden / Harris' 82.5%. (source)

Democrat-aligned voters are almost exactly twice as likely as republican-aligned voters to vote by mail (source).

The USPS is not a highly efficient organization known principally for reliable and timely delivery of mail.

Taken together, all of these facts make it not merely plausible that roughly 90% of ballots processed after election day in Chicago were for Harris, if the numbers were not just so, THAT would be highly suggestive of shenanigans.

But, to his credit, The Older Millennial knows how to speak to his audience.

Joe,

I don't completely agree, although you might be right about Chicago.

If the mail is slow, and I DO agree with that, then the ballots from further away from the USPS processing centers would be the ones coming in later, and those would be from more rural counties/precincts, which Trump won handily.

I'd say that the trend is pretty obvious above, and the recent addition of illegal immigrants into Chicago has ruffled local feathers. Anything less than 80/20 is YUGELY suspect. More like 75/25, because even in Chicago it makes more sense to vote with your wallet than your past participation.

Is this even real? Next level trolling. Given what Biden and Obama have tried against Trump, well deserved.

Oldest form of pilpul.

Oh you have proof of one?

Ok it was an isolated incident but certainly not policy. What are you a conspiracy theorist?

Oh you have proof of more.

Ok well maybe a few did it but it wasn’t policy and no more than 20!

Oh you have proof of systemic issues?

Ah well you see it was totally justified and good policy.

I wonder how much else in our world is full of energies we don't perceive or understand. I wonder how many systems we don't perceive that we are disrupting with our electrical grid and our electromagnetic emissions. I know that animals and insects are "cooked" by the more powerful radar towers at airports and that law enforcement officers who put hand held radar guns in their laps routinely developed testicular cancer.

We've learned more about the universe this year than in the last 50 because of the James Webb telescope. The Shroud of Turin was tested using the newest, best dating process to be positively dated to 2000 years ago. And at the same time we're finding that our East coast mammals (whales and dolphins) can't take the noise from the ocean wind farms and are beaching themselves. Ivermectin and Fenbendazole--both anti-parasitics--are having success at curing some cancers.

As for "energies", it makes me wonder if some of Tesla's old idea have some legs.

Wouldn't the process of "observing the negative plant charge" through an electrical connection cancel that negative charge more effectively than the bee?

edit: asking for a friend...

Shhhh. It's important to not understand how things work in order to be able to unwaveringly accept them.

Unrelated, but kind of more on-topic:

There was a time, not so long ago, when people who wrote things which were then published in respectable newspapers were expected to have some basic comprehension of how the thing which they are writing about works.

Good question. I guess if the sensor is not grounded--and doesn't have enough mass to act as its own ground--then the plant would eventually regain its positive charge.
