I’m a little surprised at how far they are going for a staged argument.
I'm not.
Notice how we all got distracted last week by the richest man in the world and the most powerful man in the world feuding like a couple of teenage girls.
This week, we're distracted by images of illegals waving flags in front of burning robo-taxis.
Meanwhile, President Trump, along with the Republican-majority of both houses of congress, are continuing to push through the One Big Beautiful Bill...

And yet here we are.
Within less than one hour of my positing how convenient it is that this week's LA riots have diverted attention away from the *massive* deficit-spending bill being pushed through by Trump and the Republican congressional majority, we have three separate posts by Brainey steering the conversation back in the direction of the LA riots.
Brainey, I have no idea how much you are getting paid to support this narrative, but I'd like to get in on it. As someone who paid $149 for a four-wheel alignment today. I am willing to sell my integrity in exchange for being granted access to the elite group whose wealth is being granted a hedge against this madness.
The ICE protests are well funded and organized. They exist to distract and divide the attention of the executive branch officials. In the first term, Trump dealt with legal distractions, riots, and eventually covid as distractions.
Those who fund the riots hope the federal response will be excessive and generate bad optics. They would love to frame the president as a brutal dictator. The best thing Trump could do is let the lawlessness hang around the neck of Newsome and Bass until the proles tire of them.
I am awaiting a couple of false flag events. One may be framed as fringe-right and will be an overt act of violence against the pro-mexico protesters. It will try to elicit sympathy for the protesters and paint anyone not sympathetic as evil right wing **** cultist prepper nutjobs, and they and their ilk should be surveilled in perpetuity henceforth as domestic terrorists.
The other false flag operation I'm awaiting is a much larger event. It will be a large scale terrorist attack on American soil which will justify the loss of more individual freedoms and justify the increase in scope and power of the surveillance organizations. Our CIA will be heavily involved, if not orchestrating the entire thing start to finish. It will bolster the CIA's power and will distract the presidency from pursuing its goals on all fronts.
There may also be an act of war orchestrated to drag us into conflict with Russia or Iran to distract from policy goals at home.
Unrest and chaos at home coupled with conflicts globally will slow the president's changes and possibly cause votes to swing to the democrats next time. Especially if 401k's, food/gas values, and quality of life are bad.
IDK if they will try another pandemic very soon, but that's another confounding option.

Oh yes, I should just ignore 3 days of violence and looting in LA, while the city/state officials defends the looters/violence...
Apparently, the term "mostly peaceful protesting" has become passe. The new replacement is " just a bunch of people having fun watching cars burn." Try to keep up Brain.

Weirdly, I feel as though the LA riots were still doing a very effective job of diverting attention away from the actions of the US executive and legislative bodies. Like, maybe they sprung this one too soon accidentally?
