While I recognize that @White Ghost probably means for us to connect the dots and infer a correlation here, a part of me wondered whether the white-guy-slapping and the being-bricked are actually completely unrelated.

Without having watched the video first, would anyone care to take a guess as to the skin color of the person who hit her in the face with a brick after she refused to give her phone number to him, as well as the skin color of the dozen or so other guys surrounding her as this occurred, late at night, in what appears to be a construction site or similar in downtown Houston?


Hmmm. I wonder why @White Ghost trimmed off that whole part of the video, and only included the part of her in the hospital, editing the latter bit directly onto the end of videos of an unknown black woman (possibly Bashe, though she seems to have grown much more booty in those) slapping white men in the face?

Creative editing to change a narrative is completely impossible from everything I ever learned on TV. I'm sure there are very fine people on both sides.

I would like to guess. The brick/face component suggests reactionary violence, which is definitely a tendency of the blacks. But then you mentioned the construction site. Since blacks typically don't like to work, especially in construction, I'm going with light-to-medium brown for the observers. But shouldn't the brick-wielding individual be excused for his actions since she was clearly taunting him by shaking her (growing) booty?

In the video I linked to, the sky is patch-dark at the time of the brick attack, so this likely took place outside of normal working hours for a construction site.

Also, I can't say for certain that it is a construction site. It may simply be a brownfield site with some barrels and barricades around. My impression, from the totality of the context, is that all of the persons shown in the video were either trespassing, or merely loitering. None appeared to have any job-related reason for being in the location in which they were gathered.

Does this change your interpretation?
